Located in picturesque Northern California, I first dreamt of this mountain when I was just seven years old and it’s the place where my spiritual master’s energy is anchored. Throughout the years, anytime I’ve felt his call, I head to Mt. Shasta to meditate, reflect, and reconnect with the Universe. 

I’m not the only one who considers Mt. Shasta to be a place of great spiritual importance. There are legends saying that the area is home to sacred springs, positive vortexes, and portals that radiate spiritual power. All year-long, people make the journey to this beautiful mountain to feel the benefits of its positive, healing energy, and I’m offering you the chance to be one of them!

From August 26th-30th August 2026, I will be leading a group of 20 students on a five-day retreat to Mt. Shasta. During this time, you’ll join in on sunrise and sunset meditation sessions, visit the mountain’s sacred springs, receive energy teachings and have the chance to personally connect with the ancient and sacred wisdom of the mountain.

Current Retreat Itinerary

    • From 9:30 am to noon, there will be morning meditations and crystal clearing at the Mt. Shasta Springs

    • In the afternoon, we’ll be having our first visit to the mountain from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm along with an afternoon meditation session 

    • Dinner together in Mt. Shasta at 6:30 pm

    • Sunrise meditation on the mountain from 6:00 am to 9:00 am

    • Leaving for the McCloud Springs at 11:00 am

    • Afternoon meditation and relaxation at the McCloud springs

    • Dinner together in Mt. Shasta at 6:30 pm

    • Leaving to go to walk the labyrinth at the the Gateway peace garden

    • Visiting the Hedge Creek Galls

    • Dinner together in Mt. Shasta at 6:30 pm

    • Leaving for the Mt. Shasta Lake at 10:30 am 

    • Lunch and meditation time at the Lake with a view on the mountain

    • Afternoon break go to the mountain

    • In the evening, we’ll be having a Divine Pyjama Party. Dinner will be served there 

    • Leaving for the Sacred Meadows at 10:00 am 

    • Traveling up to the mountain 

    • Sunset meditation from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
