I just want to let the people of Poland know that I will be back in their country at the beginning of June 2010. Today, the world is going through tremendous shifts, and we need to hold the energy high, so that everyone can continue to grow and become more aware. Let’s send extra Light to the region in China which was recently hit by an earthquake…so that many survivors can be still be found.

Hello, everyone:
It is a time to make an important choice in your life. Will you live your life in fear, or will you live your life from the love for yourself and for the world?
Do you have to make that choice?
Well, as the Beatles sang more than 40 years ago, “Love is all you need.”
There is not really another choice.
When you really want to move forward on your path, you need to let go of everything you fear and replace it with love.
I know when your heart hurts, when you life is a strugggle, and you don’t know what the future will bring you, it is fear that dominates.
Start first of all by loving yourself and stop judging yourself for the situation you are in at this moment.
The fear from the past brought you right were you are now. So fear was not a good mentor.
Why not try the mentor Love.
Love can be expressed by being grateful for the experience that you receive now.
Love can be expressed by being grateful for the fact that you are alive and that you have all you have—even if that is not so much at this moment.
Love is the answer to change your life.
