Return and Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the products and services we offer. If you are not satisfied with any product or service purchased directly from our website, return it to us within 30 days of purchase.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, contact us on within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

For a full refund or exchange of merchandise:

  • Products must be in new condition, un-used and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To Return or Exchange Your Order of a Physical Item :

  • Return within 30 days of purchase.
  • Extended Holiday Return Period through January 15th
  • Email us on with your order number and advice of return or exchange request.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip, the new, un-used merchandise in its original packaging to the address provided on the shipping label.
  • When returning items by mail, request a tracking number.

Your credit card will be refunded the amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Refunds for Seminars and Online Programs :

  • Payments for in-person seminars are refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event.
  • Payments for online programs are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the program, contact us for an exchange to another product or service.
  • Email us on with your order number and advice of return.
